Article 370 was temporary because a plebiscite had to be held in J&K: Farooq Abdullah

Pointing out that the plebiscite was never held, former J&K CM Farooq Abdullah said they joined India “because of Gandhi's utterances that this place is for all” but today the situation appears to have changed.
