'Part of my duty': For Eagle Scout project, teen honors veterans whose remains were never claimed

As part of his quest to become an Eagle Scout, Downers Grove South High School junior Cooper Merrinette organized a weekend memorial ceremony for seven Villa Park military veterans whose unclaimed cremated remains have been stored for decades at a funeral home in the village.
