Arrests made in mystery shooting of dirt biker in Florida, Polk sheriff says

Two people were arrested after a man was fatally shot in March while riding a dirt bike one of the suspects paid for and decided not to buy, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a Tuesday news briefing.
