Three people are facing charges after an east Windsor arson.
The fire broke out in the early morning hours of January 15th in the 1700 block of Magnolia.
The fire was determined to be suspicious, and an arson investigation was launched.

Through investigation, Arson Unit investigators obtained video surveillance from nearby residences and establishments and were able to identify three suspects and an involved vehicle.
On Tuesday, January 19th, 2021, Windsor Police located the involved vehicle, and it was seized.
Investigators applied for and received Judicial Authorization to search the vehicle.
As a result of the search, investigators located and seized items of evidential value.
