Arrest made in years-long fraud scheme, Lauderhill Police say - South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Numerous elderly victims across the country were told they won the lottery and millions would be theirs only if they paid taxes on their winnings. And after years of the scheme, Lauderhill Police arrested Linton Roberts on Monday, records say.
