Arrangements for Jumat-ul-Vida, Shab-e-Qadr, Eid-ul-Fitr reviewed

SRINAGAR, May 5: The Additional Commissioner (Add Com), Kashmir, Qazi Sarwar today convened a meeting of senior officers of divisional administration to review arrangements for celebrations of ensuing Jumat-ul-Vida, Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr.
The Add Com instructed Director FCS&CA to ensure quality mutton is sold across Kashmir markets and ensure that it is being sold at Government approved rates.
In order to contain the spread of Covid-19, he directed concerned to ensure that people adopt appropriate Covid behaviour and proper SOPs including social distancing is maintained at all religious places during the prayers.
