Around 3,000 locals displaced by continued fighting in Mongkai, southern Shan State

Clashes have continued between the Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) and allied forces led by the Shan State Progressive Party (SSPP) in Mongkai Township, southern Shan State, forcing around 3,000 local people to flee their homes.
