Army defense contractor that supplied woolen blankets agrees to nearly $500K settlement

Prosecutors say the $500K agreement resolves an investigation into a RI textile manufacturer, which made woolen blankets for the Army. Prosecutors say the blankets were produced in India, when the law requires companies that supply the military to make their products in the U.S. using American labor.
