An Arlington truck driver was seriously hurt after his tractor-trailer suffered a mechanical problem and was struck from behind. The crash, at 12:30 a.m. last Tuesday along the Beltway near Eisenhower Avenue, killed the 51-year-old driver of the Mercedes that struck the truck.
