Arkansas Teachers assigns $150 million to real estate, infrastructure

Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, Little Rock, agreed to commit $150 million to three private equity funds, confirmed Rod Graves, deputy director of the $20.7 billion pension fund, in an email.
At its June 7 meeting, the board voted to commit up to $50 million apiece to KKR Diversified Core Infrastructure Fund, an open-end infrastructure fund managed by
KKR & Co.; Carlyle Realty Partners IX, a value-added real estate fund managed by
Carlyle Group; and
GLP Capital Partners IV, a value-added open-end real estate fund, specializing in distribution and logistics companies with imminent need.
