Arkansas School Teacher Under Investigation for Allegedly Taping Two Children to Chairs

A primary school in Arkansas is investigating one of its teachers for allegedly taping two children to their chairs in a classroom. The alleged incident was reported to have taken place at Greene County Tech Primary School in Paragould.
The Greene County Tech School District, which runs that school and several others in the area, and Paragould police have confirmed they have launched a probe into the incident.
The mother of one of the two pupils, who sought remain anonymous, spoke with Region 8 News about the incident, which allegedly took place on March 9.
