AUSTIN — With the sun setting earlier each afternoon, Ruby’s Pantry Austin will start earlier this December.
The food shelf will be starting an hour early, at 4 p.m., on Dec. 17 at the Mower County Fairgrounds. The 4 p.m. start time allows for more daylight during distribution, making the process safer. There will also be a double line of vehicles for the distribution drive-by in order to make the distribution run faster.
