Kangana's Twitter feuds have only increased over years.
She joined Twitter in 2015, shortly in the year of delivering her box-office hit Tanu Weds Manu Returns. This was a period that had followed her successful high of Queen. However, after this, her films didn't quite reach the same level of success. While they did cover all filming costs, they weren't particularly game-changing. This also marked the time that she began commenting political views quite openly on Twitter.
The timeline of this is specifically from 2017. Here, the number of tweets increased, and the activity increased. 2017 was also the year that she called out nepotism in the film industry on Koffee With Karan and won major support online. It is quite possible that with movies that didn't gross as much as her previous ones, and the newfound fanbase online for being vocal, Kangana had found her ground. With this, her social media presence could be amplified. Skip over to recent times, Kangana is in the news nearly everyday. And most of it has to do with something on Twitter. All in all, doesn't it seem like a strategy to stay in the news constantly and hype one's image?
