Architect of Grey Gardens Family Home in East Hampton

Architect Joseph Greenleaf Thorp, who designed Grey Gardens and other Gilded Age summer homes, built the 1893 home at 12 Woods Lane in East Hampton for his own family. It was sold to Maude and Louis Bock, then Stephanie and James Moriarty.
