Appoint Catholics as Heads of Catholic Owned Institutions, Church Appeals to State

The Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference (GCBC) has dismissed the argument that the government should determine who heads schools built by the Catholic Church on grounds that it pays salaries for teachers in such schools.
