Appeals Court Upholds Conviction of Former Marion County Judge and His Wife

Former Marion Municipal Court Judge Jason Warner and his wife Julia lost their appeal of a guilty verdict on Monday. The Warner’s were found guilty of complicity by leaving the scene of an accident in April by retired Judge Patricia Cosgrove.
