Appeal hearing set to argue trial errors cited by ex-Fort Worth cop Aaron Dean's attorneys

The hearing to appeal the former officer’s conviction in the shooting of Atatiana Jefferson will be held Dec. 5 in the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas.
