A Court of Appeal, sitting in Abuja on Wednesday adjourned a case challenging the proscription of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to March 7, 2023, due to the absence of the three justices handling the matter.   The adjournment also affected the motion filed by the group’s Special Counsel, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, to join IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, as a beneficial party in the appeal.
