MCLEAN, Va., April 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO) is hosting its annual Donor Remembrance Day on April 30, which closes out Donate Life Month and encourages people to share their stories of organ, eye, and tissue donation. This event also is designed to educate the public about the importance of organ donor registration, a key part of AOPO's newly announced 50,000 organ transplants annually by 2026 campaign.
