Anuh Pharma announced that Bipin N.
Shah, Managing Director, relinquished the position of Managing Director of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours of 7 January 2021 for the purpose of Board Restructuring. However, he has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 8 January 2021.
