Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (the "Company"), the 2nd largest player in the Indian MSW management industry which is estimated at INR 500 billion For FY2020 with an established track record of more than 19 years, allotted 2,857,003 equity shares to 10 anchor investors and raised Rs 89.99 crore ahead of the company's proposed IPO at an upper price band of Rs 315 per equity shares.
