Annual PEC jazz festival best yet

With dozens of musicians at many venues scattered from Consecon to Waupoos and hundreds of fans, the Prince Edward County Jazz Festival ran smoothly throughout, from Tuesday’s opening with the PEC Youth Jazz Ensemble at Huff Estates Winery to Sunday evening’s close at the Barley Room Pub, Picton with Spencer Evans and his son, Oscar.
