Anne Arundel judge sentences Virginia man to 36 years in prison for rape, sex abuse of a minor

Judge Mark Crooks sentenced Hector Rojo, of Alexandria, on Sept. 1 after a jury found the 27-year-old guilty in June of one count of child sex abuse, two counts of second-degree rape and other lesser charges.
