Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman sworn in to second term at Crownsville Hospital Center

In his second term, Pittman plans to transform the long-abandoned property — after extensive remediation — into a nonprofit incubation center, a hub for behavioral health resources and a memorial to those who were mistreated at the site.
