Annastacia Palaszczuk accused of sledging NSW after calling Delta COVID cases in Queensland the 'Sydney strain'
The premier appeared to sledge New South Wales after local coronavirus cases in Queensland were linked to Greater Sydney's latest outbreak.

Annastacia Palaszczuk has appeared to make a subtle dig at New South Wales by referring to the coronavirus cases in her state as the “Sydney strain”.
The Queensland premier faced the media on Friday to announce one new local case, that has been in quarantine at home.
“This was the family that came out of hotel quarantine in Sydney and flew to Queensland and it has been confirmed that it is that Delta strain, that Sydney strain that is circulating in Sydney at the moment,” she said.
