Annapolis man pleads guilty after threatening, attempting to extort Alderman DaJuan Gay

Omaryan White pleaded guilty to one count of extortion after attempting to steal $5,000 from Ward 6 Alderman DaJuan Gay. White, who Gay said should be rehabilitated more than punished, was sentenced to three years of supervised probation.
