A closed theater in Buellton could become home to the first new In-N-Out Burger restaurant on the Central Coast in more than 10 years. 
The Buellton Planning Commission will consider the conceptual proprosal from Andrew Gharibian for the development at 515 McMurray Road, the home of the closed Parks Plaza Theatre.
