Vandals have damaged fencing being used to surround a planned support centre in Derry for autistic children.
Planning permission has been granted for the equine therapy centre on a site in the Ballymagowan area of the city.
However, a councillor said that fencing recently placed around the site was damaged last night.
Sinn Fein Councillor Tina Burke described the attack at Ballymagowan Urban Park as an 'appalling assault on the local community'.
