Anger as Robert Smith is paroled 12 years after murder of Kiesha Weippeart by mum Kristi Abrahams

Robert Smith, who is serving a minimum 12-year jail sentence for being an accessory to the murder of six-year-old Kiesha Weippeart in 2010, is set to be released as early as April 21.
