If you want to stay in the good graces of the left on Twitter, one thing you don’t want to do is take Israel’s side against actual terrorists when said terrorists lob rockets at innocent civilians in Israel.
Former Democrat presidential candidate Andrew Yang apparently didn’t get the memo and after the terrorist group Hamas lobbed rockets into Israel, Yang sent out a tweet letting everyone know whose side he was on and didn’t dance around calling Hamas what they were.
“I’m standing with the people of Israel who are coming under bombardment attacks, and condemn the Hamas terrorists,” wrote Yang. “The people of NYC will always stand with our brothers and sisters in Israel who face down terrorism and persevere.”
