Keith Brown compared Andrew Dunlop's indyref remark's to Donald Trump's refusal to accept democracy in the US
REJECTING a second Scottish independence referendum is “plain common sense” and the “responsible thing to do”, a former Scotland Office minister and sitting Tory peer has insisted.
However, the SNP said that denying the people a vote would be a “democratic outrage”, which they compared to Donald Trump’s refusal to accept the US election result.
Andrew Dunlop, who served as a UK government minister and was an adviser to David Cameron when he was prime minister, made the comments on indyref2 as he argued for reform of the Union.
