ANC second in command Paul Mashatile now an MP, gearing up for deputy president role

African National Congress (ANC) deputy president Paul Mashatile is now officially a member of the National Assembly (NA). In a letter to the ruling party’s secretary general Fikile Mbalula, the NA secretary Masibulelo Xaso confirms that Mashatile will replace ANC MP Tshilidzi Munyai, who resigned earlier this week.
