As vice president during the Obama Administration, Joe Biden worked to build a diplomatic relationship with Chinese tyrant Xi Jinping while Mr. Biden’s son Hunter worked to build business relationships in the country. Things seem to have worked out well for all three. But relations between Mr. Xi and the people he rules continue to deteriorate.
