Ames Chamber of Commerce announces promotions

Allee Wengert and John Hall have been promoted within the Ames Chamber of Commerce, the organization announced earlier this month.
Wengert, who joined the Chamber in 2019, moved into the position of director of creative design and communications, where she will expand upon the design and video work from her previous role as marketing coordinator, according to a news release.
“Allee has been here a short time but she has clearly illustrated her value to the organization,” Chamber president and CEO Dan Culhane said in the release. “Her contributions are many, and this new title and shift in responsibilities will fit her well.”
