LINCOLN, IL – Ameren Illinois is hosting two virtual open houses to inform the public about a new energy investment for Logan County, Illinois. The proposed Logan County Connector Project consists of an approximately 6- to 10-mile transmission line and substation upgrades designed to improve energy reliability for the area.
The Logan County Connector Project team will host two virtual open houses to present an overview of the project and give the public an opportunity to provide input on the Route Alternatives. A telephone public meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 21 and a virtual Webex meeting will take place at noon Thursday, April 22. Each meeting will include a brief presentation on the project, a Q&A session and an explanation of how the public can provide input.
