Heavy snow hits Lancashire with traffic and travel disruption likely
MOTORISTS have been warned to consider their plans to travel after heavy snow fall overnight.
Disruption is likely on Lancashire’s roads as snow and ice forced an amber weather warning to be placed on the county.
People in parts of Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Rossendale, Pendle, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley have woken up to see their streets covered in a blanket of snow this morning.
