A 9:00 PM Amber Alert issued for a missing 10-month-old Schenectady girl, Halo Branton, on Sunday ended several hours later after police found the baby clinging to life in a drain pipe and rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead the next day. Halo's mother is now charged in the crime.
