A Suffolk woman has spoken of her surprise after the Amazon dog bed she ordered turned out to be a 3D printer.
Penny, 12, a black Labrador, was looking forward to a new dog bed under the Christmas tree.
So her owner Heather Laurie, 24, was surprised when what she expected to be the canine's Christmas present turned out to be a 3D printer.
The confusion comes as Amazon sees orders skyrocket and Royal Mail falls behind on deliveries.
Miss Laurie, who lives near Diss, said: "I was confused.
