Alpine F1 Gets Its Insurance Policy for Recovering Fernando Alonso
Formula 1 veteran Kvyat added as a reserve driver for any time off Alonso might need following offseason cycling accident.

Daniil Kvyat, 26, has been added to the Alpine F1 team roster as a reserve driver for 2021.
Kvyat has started 110 Formula 1 races and has sat on three podiums, with the most recent coming in 2019.
Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon are signed to be the full-time drivers for Alpine (formerly Renault) F1 teams this season.
The Alpine F1 Team has its insurance policy in the event that Fernando Alonso is unable to go 100% at the Formula 1 season-opening weekend at Bahrain later this month.
