Almost 10,000 families displaced by flood in Northern Mindanao

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Almost 10,000 families or 46,000 individuals have been affected by flood spawned by nonstop rain due to a shear line in the Northern Mindanao region, the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Region 10 (DSWD-10) said on Monday, Dec. 26.
