Allentown woman with mental illness sues Lehigh County over treatment in jail

An Allentown woman is suing Lehigh County and PrimeCare Medical on the grounds that her incarceration caused her irreparable physical, psychological and emotional harm and violated her rights under the U.S. Constitution and federal law.
