The upcoming Democratic primary determining who will likely lead Pennsylvania’s third-largest city through 2025 will come down to hundreds, if not dozens, of votes. Ray O’Connell, Ce-Ce Gerlach, Julio Guridy and Matt Tuerk are vying for 5,000 to 6,000 total votes in the May 18 primary, if past turnout trends hold true in the city of 122,000 residents and 68,200 registered voters.
