Alleged murderer takes stand in his own defense

LOWELL — In an unexpected move on Monday, alleged murderer Braedyn Baraby took the stand in his own defense, claiming he did not shoot at anyone and instead fired a single bullet straight into the air the morning 20-year-old Adrian Kimborowicz suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
