Alleged defection: I can't abandon my investments in APC – Sen. Okorocha

The senator representing Imo West in the Senate, Rochas Okorocha, has debunked the report alleging that he has concluded plans to dump the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for another party not yet identified.
Addressing the State Working Committee (SWC) members of the Party, Zonal, Local Government and Ward Executives of the Party in the State at the weekend in Imo State, Okorocha said nobody in the South East and Imo State in particular has more stake in APC than himself, to warrant him leaving the party.
While urging the public to disregard the speculations that he has plans to defect from the party to another platform he is yet to form, the former Imo State Governor said he is still a member of the APC.
