The first was in regards to a case in Holland. The Sheriff’s Office announced that 38-year-old Chad Nicholas Overbeek has been sentenced on the following charges:
Capturing/Distributing Image of Unclothed Person
Using a Computer to Commit a Crime
Police say Overbeek had previously been arrested on August 17, 2020. A roommate of Overbeek’s located a hidden night light camera in the shared bathroom of the residence.
