ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Effective immediately, individuals 16 and older no longer have to make an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at a Monroe County-run vaccination site or community-based clinic, County Executive Adam Bello announced Thursday.
"Appointments will no longer be required at any of the Monroe County operated vaccination centers for any individual who’s eligible to be vaccinated in New York state," Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said.
County-run sites include the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, the Monroe County Fleet Center, and all community-based pop-up clinics that are sponsored by the county. For a list of Monroe County-run sites, click here.
