Algona shooting: 'Kevin Cram was murdered by a coward,' Iowa DPS commissioner says

Iowa Public Safety Commissioner Stephan K. Bayens said police officer Kevin Cram's name over and again while reading a prepared statement. But he refused to say the name of the man authorities say shot the veteran officer.
