Alexis Saborit not guilty of decapitating girlfriend due to mental illness

Cuban immigrant, Alexis Saborit, 42, was found not guilty due to mental illness after psychologist determined his "mental illness prevented him from understanding his actions were morally wrong." He decapitated America Thayer, 55, two summers ago.
