Fringe Benefit Analysts is the latest in a string of acquisitions by Alera Group. In an effort to grow its national footprint, the company also acquired AGM Benefit Solutions, a provider of voluntary benefits and benefits technology, in mid July. Earlier this month, Alera Group struck an M&A deal with New England Employee Benefits Company, which utilizes technology and analytics to deliver cost-effective benefits solutions.
