Alec Baldwin, other 'Rust' producers want to toss out suit over shooting incident

More than two months after Mamie Mitchell, the script supervisor on 'Rust' filed a lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and other producers for the actor's fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchinson on the set, the defendants want a California judge to dismiss the action.
